Arlington Transit (ART) is a bus transit system that operates in Arlington County, Virginia, and is managed by the county government. It includes part of the Pike Ride service along Columbia Pike, shared with Metrobus. Most of its services are designed to connect city neighborhoods with nearby Metro stations. ART, under contract with the neighboring City of Falls Church, ran that municipality's GEORGE bus system from 2009 to 2010, which had served as a feeder to Metrorail stations at the east and west ends of that City, until the city's suspension of the service due to budget constraints.
